For side event organisers

Fill the room on purpose. Then make it introduce itself.

Posting the Luma page and hoping is not a guest list strategy. UsePulse tells you who is already in the city that week and worth inviting, asks every RSVP who they actually want to meet, and sends the introductions before the doors open.

1,954 events indexed · 317 conference weeks mapped · 200K+ profiles · 30K+ Web3 companies

01 / The problem

Two ways a side event quietly fails.

The first is the room. Four hundred RSVPs arrive from whoever happens to follow you, eighty of them turn up, and you recognise four. The event was fine. It was also mostly strangers who wanted a drink, and you have no way to tell your sponsor otherwise.

The second is worse, because it happens even when the room is right. Everybody who matters is standing in the same forty square metres and nobody talks to anybody they did not already know. The introductions that would have justified the whole evening depend on you personally remembering that two specific people should meet, and then finding both of them.

02 / Job one — the invite list

You can pick who walks in.

UsePulse already knows who is in the city that week. Every conference and side event on the calendar, the attendee graph behind them, and the company record under every name. Set the shape of the room you want and it returns a ranked invite list with a way to reach each person.

Never met anyone on your team. Highest new-relationship value.

Bring your own list instead if you have one. Upload the CSV and UsePulse resolves every row against the graph, fills in the company, the chain, the stage and the socials, then ranks it the same way.

03 / Job two — one question on the form

Add one field to your RSVP form. That is the whole setup.

Keep Luma. Keep whatever form you already use. Add a single question: who do you want to meet here? Every answer becomes structured intent, matched against every other person in the room and against what UsePulse already knows about their company, their stage and their chain.

Step 1 — Ask

“Who do you want to meet at this event?” added to your Luma, Tally or Typeform RSVP. Or use the UsePulse public signup link and skip the form entirely.

Step 2 — Resolve

Every signup is matched to a real profile. Company, role, chain, stage, funding, and whether anyone on your side has met them before.

Step 3 — Match

Stated intent on one side, resolved reality on the other. UsePulse scores every possible pair in the room and surfaces the ones worth making.

04 / Trigger intros

The introductions happen before the doors open.

Matched pairs go out as real introductions, with the reason attached, over email or Telegram. Both people arrive already knowing there is one specific conversation worth having. You stop being the switchboard.

05 / The part sponsors ask for

Prove the room was worth it.

A side event's value to a sponsor or a co-host is entirely the composition of the room, and almost nobody can evidence it. After the event UsePulse returns who actually came, what they build, which chains they ship on, how many were in the target profile, how many were net new to you, and which conversations are worth a follow-up on Monday.

FAQs

Questions, answered.

How does UsePulse find side events?

We scan Luma, public calendars, and partner feeds for every crypto conference city and date range, then dedupe and enrich them so you see every main-stage, side, and private dinner event in one place.

Can I filter attendees by my ICP?

Yes. Filter by city, date, chain, stage, recent funding, role, seniority, and whether they match your existing pipeline — then rank events by the concentration of target attendees.

How does the invite engine rank guests?

The engine scores each potential guest by relevance to your community, new relationship value, overlap with your team's network, and whether their company is showing signals right now.

Can attendees see who else is coming?

Yes. Hosts can publish a curated attendee list with profile previews, letting guests opt in, message each other, and book meetings before the event starts.

What happens after the event?

UsePulse exports the guest list, adds high-intensity contacts to your pipeline, tracks post-event signals, drafts follow-up outreach, and reports which connections turned into real conversations.

Your next side event starts with the guest list.
