Conference software was built for a trade show. One registration portal, one badge scan, one exhibitor list. That model holds for NRF. It does not hold for a crypto conference week, where the main event is the excuse and the deals happen across two hundred to four hundred side events, each on its own Luma page, most posted less than two weeks out, many invite-only.
There is no master list. So teams rebuild one by hand every single time: a spreadsheet, a Telegram group, someone's screenshots of a Luma feed, and a guess about which dinner is worth the taxi.
