By accessing or using UsePulse Club ("UsePulse", "Service", "Platform") at usepulse.club or any related subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and UsePulse Club, a company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

UsePulse is a relationship intelligence platform that helps founders, investors, and business development teams discover companies and people, monitor buying signals, prepare for meetings, manage relationships, and generate personalized outreach.

The Service is currently in private beta. Features, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice during this period.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Service. By using UsePulse, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

The Service is intended for business use. You may not use the Service for personal, family, or household purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

Our Service allows you to sign in using your Google account via OAuth 2.0. When you choose this method:

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the design, software, text, graphics, logos, and data — are the exclusive property of UsePulse Club and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of any data, content, or information you input into the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading or submitting content, you grant UsePulse a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is currently offered as a private beta. You acknowledge that:

Certain features of the Service may require payment. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be presented at the time of purchase. All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise indicated.

All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Data and intelligence provided by the Service is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, USEPULSE CLUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UsePulse Club, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting us at legal@usepulse.club. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date and, where appropriate, by email.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
