Account Information
When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by Google. We do not receive your Google password.
Usage Data
Pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction events within the platform.
Contact and Profile Data
Information you voluntarily add to your UsePulse workspace, including contact names, company details, notes, and relationship metadata.
Communication Data
Messages or support requests you send to us directly.
Technical Data
IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and operating system for security and analytics purposes.
When you connect your Google account, UsePulse uses the information solely to:
- Authenticate your identity and create or access your account - Display your name and profile picture within the platform - Send transactional emails to your registered email address
We do not use Google user data to serve advertising. We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties for their independent use. We do not use Google user data for any purpose other than providing and improving the UsePulse Service.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
