This Privacy Policy describes how UsePulse Club collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our platform. Please read it carefully before using our Service.
UsePulse Club ("UsePulse", "we", "our", or "us") is a company incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We operate the relationship intelligence platform available at usepulse.club and related subdomains ("Service").

We collect the following categories of information when you use our Service:
Account Information
When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by Google. We do not receive your Google password.
Usage Data
Pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction events within the platform.
Contact and Profile Data
Information you voluntarily add to your UsePulse workspace, including contact names, company details, notes, and relationship metadata.
Communication Data
Messages or support requests you send to us directly.
Technical Data
IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and operating system for security and analytics purposes.
When you connect your Google account, UsePulse uses the information solely to:
- Authenticate your identity and create or access your account - Display your name and profile picture within the platform - Send transactional emails to your registered email address - Read and sync calendar events and availability, and create or update events for travel bookings when you connect Google Calendar - Send emails that you compose or explicitly approve when you connect Gmail, and log sent emails as CRM interactions
Google Calendar
When you connect Google Calendar, UsePulse requests calendar.readonly and calendar.events access. We read calendar lists, event titles, descriptions, times, locations, organizers, attendees and response statuses, and query busy times. We store synced event details to display meeting context, match attendees to contacts and calculate booking availability. Travel bookings can create calendar events and invitations, update events when meetings are rescheduled, and update or remove events when bookings are cancelled.
If you enable a calendar workflow, UsePulse matches calendar attendees to contacts in your UsePulse workspace to update relationship stages and add meeting notes, and, only if you have connected a CRM such as Pipedrive and enabled that workflow, syncs these meeting records to your CRM account. This happens only at your direction.
Gmail
Gmail is a sending-only integration. When you connect Gmail with Google, UsePulse requests only userinfo.email to identify your sending address and gmail.send to send emails that you compose or explicitly approve. We do not request Gmail reading permission, read your inbox or Gmail conversations, or automatically import or synchronize Gmail replies. An App Password connection also supports sending only.
We process the sender address, recipients, subject and content supplied for sending, and the send result. When sent mail is linked to a CRM contact, we log its content, addresses, subject and timestamp as a CRM email interaction; outreach records may also retain send-result message and thread identifiers. Logging a sent email does not require reading Gmail. These records may be visible to authorized members of the workspace where the email was logged.
The former Gmail reply-import feature has been removed. Previously imported email interactions and associated thread-link metadata remain stored as historical CRM records; they are not used to fetch new Gmail messages. Removing this feature does not delete these records. See Data Retention below for deletion requests.
Connection controls and storage
Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on our servers and are deleted from the integration record when you disconnect from Settings. Disconnecting stops UsePulse from using that stored connection, but does not itself revoke the authorization in your Google Account or delete previously imported calendar data or CRM interactions. You can also revoke authorization in your Google Account's third-party connections settings. To request deletion of stored Google-derived data, contact legal@usepulse.club as described in the Data Retention section.
Reducing the scopes requested by UsePulse does not automatically revoke permissions granted earlier. If you previously granted Gmail read access, remove UsePulse access in your Google Account, disconnect the stored Gmail integration in Settings, then reconnect for sending only. Reconnecting without revoking the earlier Google grant may leave that permission in place, although UsePulse no longer uses it to read Gmail. Revoking access to the shared Google app may also require reconnecting Google Calendar or signing in again.
We do not use Google user data to serve advertising. We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties for their independent use. We do not use Google user data for any purpose other than providing and improving the UsePulse Service.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Service Providers
Trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating our platform (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery). These parties are contractually bound to process data only on our behalf.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose data if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority in the UAE or applicable jurisdictions.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy. Any transfer of Google user data in such a transaction requires your explicit prior consent under Google's Limited Use requirements.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at legal@usepulse.club.
We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days. Certain data may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
Sent-email logs, previously imported Gmail interactions and thread-link metadata, and imported Calendar records follow this retention policy. Disconnecting or revoking Google access, or removing Gmail reply import, does not automatically delete historical records. To request deletion of these Google-derived records, contact legal@usepulse.club and identify the account, workspace and records concerned. Any retention exceptions remain subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We will notify affected users and relevant authorities of any data breach in accordance with applicable law.

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and analyze usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of the Service.
We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.
Our Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Telegram, LinkedIn). This Privacy Policy applies only to data collected by UsePulse. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you connect to our platform.
Our Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
UsePulse is based in Dubai, UAE. Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. By using our Service, you consent to the transfer of data to these locations. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
